My Happy Yoga Place, LLC – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to My Happy Yoga Place! Before you purchase any Class Pass Packages, Sessions, Workshops, or merchandise/goods, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions. Your purchase and use of any services and products offered by My Happy Yoga Place, LLC (“the Company”) constitutes your acceptance of these terms.

1. All Purchases Are Final

   – All purchases of Class Pass Packages, Sessions, Workshops, and merchandise/goods are final and non-refundable.

   – No credits or cancellations will be accepted for any purchases, including merchandise/goods.

   – Prices are subject to change without notice. All price decisions are at the discretion of My Happy Yoga Place, LLC and any and all decisions made by My Happy Yoga Place, LLC are final.

2. Class Pass Package Validity

   – Class Pass Packages are valid for up to 3 months from the date of purchase or based on the date stated on the package. If there are any issues or discrepancies, all expiration dates are the final decision of My Happy Yoga Place, LLC, regardless of the published expiration date.

   – Class Pass Packages have no cash value and are non-shareable and non-transferable.

   – Unused Class Pass Packages will not be subject to refunds, credits or any other value. No exceptions.

3. Class Booking

   – Customers may book classes in advance through our online scheduling system.

   – Please note that class names, subject matter, class length, availability and times are subject to change without notice. While we will make an effort to notify customers of any changes, circumstances may prevent us from doing so.

   – Class schedules are published on our website and are accessible through your Customer Account.

4. Cancellation Policy

   – Customers may cancel their class bookings up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled class start time.

   – Customers who attempt to cancel less than 1 hour prior to the scheduled class time will be charged a class pass and will not receive a refund or credit for that class. It will be considered used and deducted from your package.

   – No-shows to class are non-refundable. You will not receive a credit, and it will be considered used, resulting in a deduction from your package.

5. Merchandise/Goods

   – All sales of merchandise and goods are final. No refunds, credits, or cancellations will be accepted.

   – Any issues with defective or damaged merchandise/goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We will make efforts to address such issues on a case-by-case basis.

6. Price Changes

   – Prices for our services and merchandise/goods are subject to change without prior notice.

   – No verbal communication of discounted prices, sales, or special programs will be accepted.

   – Published sales, prices, or discounts on our website or via email are the only acceptable communication for receiving any discounted benefits.

   – The management reserves all rights regarding any program, sales, or discounts.

By purchasing any Class Pass Packages, Sessions, Gift certificates, Private sessions, Reiki, Workshops, or merchandise/goods from My Happy Yoga Place, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the forfeiture of services and privileges.

The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our services and purchase of our products after any modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
