Our 6-Week Beginner’s Yoga Series, designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of vinyasa or “flow” yoga in a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment! This series is perfect for anyone looking to build a strong foundation in yoga, whether you’re brand new to the practice or simply want to deepen your understanding of the basics.
Our goal is to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident as you move through your yoga journey. Each class in this series is taught sequentially, but don’t worry if you can’t attend every week. Our program is flexible, and you are welcome to join or continue at any point, even if you miss a class! You’ll still gain plenty of benefits and can easily pick up where you left off. Revitalize Flow Yoga

Yin Yoga

Class Schedule
All regular classes require a minimum of 2 participants. If the minimum requirement isn’t fulfilled, the class will be canceled and you will be notified within 1 hours of the class start time.
