My Story
Hi! My name is Alaina. I’m a certified yoga instructor and wellness coach. I’m also a busy mom of three teens! As I aged and felt I had more challenges and responsibilities in my life, I felt a lot of negative changes in my body and overall health. I always felt tired no matter how much sleep I got. I couldn’t get to and maintain a healthy weight no matter how many diets I tried or how much I exercised. I also was struggling to manage my day-to-day stress. I began practicing yoga and meditation on a regular basis.
Combined with other healthy lifestyle changes, I saw a huge improvement in my mood, stress management and overall health!
It has become my passion to empower other women with this knowledge and guide them on their journey! I would be truly honored to be your guide to achieving a happier healthier life!
