Alaina

Alaina is a certified 200 RYT yoga teacher with a passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga. She loves helping people! She is caring and patient. Alaina has a background in education and loves working with children as well as  adults. She is dedicated to  empowering her students with the knowledge of the  benefits of yoga for the mind, body, and spirit.  She encourages her students to discover their strengths and potential. With her unique teaching style, Alaina creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere in her classes, making all students feel at ease and supported as they practice.

Alaina’s journey with yoga began as a personal practice. As a busy mom of three she was looking for a way to destress and stay fit.   She soon realized that practicing yoga empowered her in so many ways! She wanted to share its benefits with others. So,  she completed her teacher training.

As a yoga teacher, Alaina takes a holistic approach to teaching, incorporating elements of breath work, meditation, and mindful movement into her classes. She believes in the importance of listening to the body and adapting the practice to suit the individual needs of each student.

Through her classes, Alaina strives to create a space where students can connect with themselves, with others, and with the world around them. Her goal is to help students cultivate a sense of inner peace and balance that they can carry with them beyond the studio.
